Manpower is looking for an Online Event Project Manager for an organization based in Maastricht.
As part of the Programme Office team, you collaborate closely with your colleagues to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support services. This involves handling various aspects of organizing both face-to-face and online training events in Luxembourg and abroad, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements, and overseeing administrative, marketing, and contractual tasks. You are responsible for preparing activity budgets, managing invoices from suppliers and experts, and liaising with the financial department for payment processing. Additionally, you utilize EIPA’s social media platforms and learning management system to enhance outreach and training initiatives, engaging with participants and trainers/experts as the main contact point for logistics.
In your role, you play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of the Master of European Legal Studies programme. You support students and faculty, manage budgets, and maintain communication with a institutional partner. Furthermore, you are actively involved in implementing EU-funded projects, working closely with the project team and partners. This entails serving as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, managing project budgets, and providing organizational support to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. This dynamic role may also involve occasional travel abroad to oversee project activities. Throughout these responsibilities, your aim is to contribute effectively to the overall success and impact of the programs and initiatives.

IT-literacy in Microsoft Office, LMS Moodle, video conferencing platforms, and social media
Proficiency in web mastering and/or E-learning-related IT-skills (an advantage)

Ability to coordinate services provided by different suppliers and maintain an overview, both internally and externally
